We are recruiting for Salesforce Architects/Consultants to join our rapidly growing team. You will have the unique opportunity to shape and create user friendly, innovative and cutting-edge Vlocity vertical web apps from the ground up based on the Salesforce Platform.

What You'll Do

You'll make an impact by:

Understanding business/user requirements and turning them into technical realities, configuring Salesforce solutions, creating reports and dashboards and assisting with data management needs

Understanding the architecture and documentation of technical solutions that align with client needs

Automating business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts

Performing data updates and migrations using Data Loader and other similar tools

Migrating changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CLI technologies like Salesforce DX

Implementing simple and scalable solutions

Advocating code craftsmanship, good coding standards and appropriate use of tools that will Improve the quality of the delivered code

Contributing to internal and external meetings by providing solutions and recommendations

About You:

Degree in related fields (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing)

5+ years of applicable experience as client partner, consultant or account director role at digital agency, marketing services organization or consultancy

6 years experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform & APIs

6+ years of Salesforce development and customization experience, including hands-on experience with APEX (including Salesforce triggers, batch APEX, controllers, SOAP/REST API), Visualforce, Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud platforms

Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform, lightning components and sales/services console

Proficiency in data structures and databases

An understanding of metadata and extensibility of an infrastructure

Experience with Agile development practices and a sprint delivery model

An ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced (nimble) environment and follow through on own initiative

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

An ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times

Curiosity and a passion for technology

A sense of ownership, pride in your work and a desire to strive for excellence

Bonus points if you have:

Knowledge of DevOps tools such as CodeDeploy, Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins
